Refund Policy

At Golden Pacers, we want you to feel confident with every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, with original tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging.

To start the return process, please email us at hello@goldenpacers.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once confirmed, please send your item(s) to the address below.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.
We recommend using Colissimo or any tracked shipping service, as we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), your refund will be processed within 15 business days.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, simply request a refund and place a new order.

Items must be in perfect, unworn condition.
We do not accept returns on used products, or those missing original packaging or tags.
All products are eligible unless stated otherwise at checkout.
